ProTask is a task management solution that combines Microsoft Dynamics CRM and SharePoint to manage and track tasks of any kind within an organization. The solutions extends Mercury (our SharePoint-only solution) with additional features and functionality that are inherent in Microsoft's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) product. This includes a highly-flexible and powerful ability to capture and manage relational data attributes, which can be used for robust reporting and search, as well as tighter integration with e-mail via Dynamics CRM’s native integration with Microsoft Outlook and Exchange.
