​​​​​​​As a Procentrix Practice Director, Tom is responsible for Procentrix’s​ Microsoft based solution frameworks, including ongoing internal development and supporting current and new customer engagements. With over 20 years of experience, Tom has led and provided architecture guidance for large scale IT modernization efforts leveraging the Microsoft Cloud at agencies including Department of Justice (DOJ), US Courts of Appeals, Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). He has led over 50 successful Power Platform, Dynamics, and Azure-based implementation projects.​​
