​As a Procentrix Managing Director, Bill leads delivery across a portfolio of Procentrix contracts to the Department of Justice (DOJ), US Federal Courts, and the Department of Energy (DOE). With over 20 years of experience as an executive level manager, Bill is an expert at successfully leading large and complex IT transformations and modernization programs. He uses his deep understanding of how to execute large scale programs that integrate people, process, and technology to deliver projects on time and on budget while maintaining strong client relationships.
