T-III and the Linguistics Unit supports investigations and operations that use court-authorized electronic intercepts to target complex criminal organizations, leveraging emerging technologies alongside linguistic and transcription capabilities. Its suite of applications provides investigators with tools and information used throughout these operations.
The task order encompasses Agile application development, operations and maintenance, enhancements, integrations, and releases across the T-III application suite. Using Agile and DevSecOps methodologies, the effort focuses on improving the efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability of the applications while continually enhancing the user experience.
“Technology supporting complex criminal investigations has to evolve alongside the operational needs of the people using it,” said Gregg Hawrylko, Vice President, National Security & Judiciary at Procentrix. “Our focus is on making these applications more effective for investigators, applying emerging technologies to reduce manual effort, improve access to information, and give users better tools to support increasingly complex operations.”
The modernization effort includes integration with ICE’s Data Lake and broader enterprise data environment, along with API management, data analytics, SI, and automation to streamline workflows, make information more accessible, and drive greater operational efficiency across the application suite.
