HERNDON, Va. —
Procentrix announced the award of the Blue Line Bridge (BLB) task order, which was made under the Collaborative Services Domain of the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Scalable Ways to Implement Flexible Tasks (SWIFT) IDIQ.
BLB is a secure operational collaboration platform, designed specifically for multi-agency task force operations. The award follows a successful pilot deployment by Homeland Security Investigations.
BLB enables rapid onboarding, secure cross-agency collaboration, operational data sharing, and real-time situational awareness within a Microsoft-native cloud environment. The platform is aligned to government security and identity standards to streamline account provisioning, approval, and adoption processes.

Work under this task order expands secure coordination, communications, operational reporting, and intelligence support capabilities for task forces comprised of multi-jurisdictional law enforcement personnel.
