HERNDON, Va. —
Procentrix announced the award of a five-year task to provide ongoing support services for the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) Office of the Chief Information Officer’s (OCIO) Executive Correspondence Action Tracking System (eCATS).
eCATS supports DOJ leadership by facilitating the management and tracking of executive-level correspondence and other written documents. The platform helps automate the review, coordination, control, and tracking of correspondence across the Department.
The award continues Procentrix’s support of eCATS following its 2026 bridge contract and builds on the company’s longstanding work to develop and maintain the platform.
