HERNDON, VA – In a push to drive strategic growth and provide greater value to its US Department of Justice (DOJ) customers, Procentrix has hired Jeffrey Walsh as Senior Director, Department of Justice Programs, effective January 18, 2022. Walsh, formerly the Deputy Chief Inspector for the United States Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) brings 31 years of Federal Law Enforcement Experience as a field agent, manager, global threat advisor, and senior executive leader. In his new role with Procentrix, Walsh will support successful delivery and drive expansion of all Department of Justice contracts and pursuits, ensuring that the services delivered by Procentrix, effectively align with, and support the agency's critical mission.
A recognized executive leader with extensive experience in Law Enforcement and Government operations Walsh brings a comprehensive understanding of the daily challenges and obstacles faced by people tasked with upholding the rule of law, whether that involves enforcement, regulatory oversight, prosecution, intelligence, or judicial review. As DEA's Deputy Chief Inspector, Walsh managed a large staff comprised of supervisory level personnel and was responsible for primary oversight of a large cross section of DEA's Internal Integrity and Accountability systems and processes to include oversight and auditing of all DEA Operations worldwide and investigative responsibility for all critical incidents. Walsh also previously served as the Director / Special Agent in Charge of the El Paso Intelligence Center (EPIC) located on Ft. Bliss, the largest Law Enforcement Tactical Intelligence Center in the United States providing direct support to federal, state, local and tribal law enforcement nationwide. Walsh has also served as an operational and administrative supervisor in Quantico (Virginia), Colorado, Florida, and as an executive member of the Intelligence community at DEA HQs.
