HERNDON, VA - For the second year in a row, Procentrix has been awarded a 2017 Top Workplaces honor by The Washington Post. The Top Workplaces lists are based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by WorkplaceDynamics, LLC, a leading research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement. Several aspects of workplace culture were measured, including Alignment, Execution, and Connection, just to name a few.
"More than 3,000 companies were invited to participate and 303 were surveyed," according to The Washington Post. "More than 52,000 employees participated in the survey questionnaires."
"As a company, we strive to provide innovative solutions and exceptional services to our customers and we recognize that we can't achieve that without our employees. It is an honor to receive this award for the second year as it demonstrates that our employees enjoy working at Procentrix as much as we appreciate having them."
Mike Hughes, President and CEO, Procentrix Inc.
