ClearPro Partners (ClearPro), a Joint Venture (JV) between Procentrix and ClearFocus Technologies, announces the award of a $6.26 million contract to deliver a Case Management Solution (CMS) for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of Inspector General (OIG). This was a competitive GSA MAS award with ClearPro besting 18 bidders.
ClearPro will develop and implement the CMS in a secure cloud environment using Microsoft's low-code Power Platform. The system will streamline case management operations to enhance organizational efficiency and make effective use of data across the DHS OIG enterprise. “We look forward to continuing to expand our DHS relationship through this support to the OIG," said Kevin Cassidy, ClearPro Managing Director and President of ClearFocus Technologies. “ClearPro is positioned to carry on the successful track record of partnership, collaboration, and delivery excellence established by our JV members to deliver a scalable, interoperable, and secure solution for DHS OIG."
“We are honored by the opportunity to partner with DHS OIG staff," said Gregg Hawrylko, Vice President of DHS Programs at Procentrix. “Using our pre-configured ProCase framework, which is the result of years of investment and built on the Power Platform, our team will rapidly deliver a secure CMS tailored to meet the unique operational and mission needs of the Inspector General team."
