Develops and conducts moderately complex training and educational programs for staff to make the best use of a new case management system. Develops instructional curriculum and materials, gathers and assimilates information on subject matter, organizes and condenses material, prepares course outlines, visual materials, and activities, and creates additional supplemental instructional content, such as user guides, job aids, and videos. Coordinates with client subject matter experts to ensure that prepared courses meet stated objectives. Maintains records of all training activities and program effectiveness. May be required to deliver training materials and facilitate virtual training.
