Scrum Master

Remote (Alexandria)

Position Description

Servant Leader for Agile Teams. Ensures all Scrum processes are used as intended. Protects the team, removes barriers to successful implementation, and keeps them focused on the task at hand. Helps the Product Owner maximize productivity. Maintains the backlog, release plans and publishes reports to ensure Product Owner is kept current in highly challenging, multi-vendor environment with tight deadlines and high visibility. Guides the team in the development and delivery of data-centric solutions, using Microsoft technologies.

Required Skills

  • At least 8 years of experience in a Scrum Master (or team lead) role on complex systems development projects
  • Expert knowledge of Agile Methodology
  • Hands-on experience facilitating, developing, and managing user stories
  • Demonstrated experience managing or leading IT systems development projects
  • Strong background in technical or analyst roles on IT systems development projects

Desirable Skills

  • Certified Scrum Master
  • Experienced using Azure DevOps
  • Hands-on experience developing systems with Microsoft technologies, in particular Dynamics 365 / Power Apps and Azure
  • Active Public Trust
