The Business Analysts (BAs) will support concept visioning and definition, strategic planning, process definition, requirements refinement, Epic and User Story development. The BA support activities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Elicit, document and manage stakeholder requirements in order to meet the business and project objectives
- Prepare and conduct meetings in support of requirements, process definition, and development of Epic and User Stories
- Prepare and conduct concept visioning and development meetings
- Prepare and complete all required documentation in support of project/branch activities
- Provide support to the IT Project Manager(s) in optimizing requirements and prioritization
- Maintain and create document repository as necessary to provide metrics
- Assist with management and coordination of project dependencies, risks, issues, schedule.
