Dynamics / PowerApps / Azure Developer

Position Description

The developer will implement, support and enhance custom applications using Dynamics 365 and Power Apps Model Driven frameworks, as well as build integrations using Azure PaaS services. Responsibilities include the following:

  • Perform as a developer for the delivery of Dynamics 365 configuration, custom assembly development, integration code and data migration scripts.
  • Under direction of a lead developer, perform full-lifecycle development efforts which are based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM, Canvas or Model Driven frameworks, and Azure PaaS services (e.g., Service Bus, Azure Functions)
  • Participate in the development of user stories, use cases and design artifacts to effectively convey requirements to both client stakeholders and development teams
  • Work with customers and end-users to confirm developed solutions meet needs

Required Skills

  • At least 6 years of total IT experience performing complex application development projects on the Microsoft stack.
  • At least 4 years of hands-on development experience with Dynamics 365 / CRM and/or Power Platform.
  • Bachelors degree in a technology-related field
  • Hands-on knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, the entity model, security model, business logic, plug-in development, and Web services.
  • .NET Framework and C# development experience including experience with the Dynamics API, REST/ODATA and SOAP endpoints.
  • Excellent client-facing written and oral communications skills
  • Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen and able to attain a Government Security Clearance

Desirable Skills

  • Knowledge of building supporting functionality and integrations using Azure Platform-as-a-Server services, including Service Bus, Key Vault, Azure Storage, Azure Functions, and other technologies
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Apps certifications
  • Familiarity with agile software delivery methodologies such as Scrum
  • Experience working for federal government customers
  • Active Federal Government public trust clearance
