The Dynamics support analyst will be an integral member of application development and support teams. The analyst will support various customer offices in their use of the Microsoft Dynamics platform and will support the migration to a Cloud environment and adoption of Power Platform Services, including Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate. They will interact with project stakeholders from various offices and departments to understand Microsoft platform needs. They will perform activities such as platform application administration, testing, requirements and task management, compliance and conduct cost/benefit analysis. In addition, the analyst will support platform application customers’ incident resolution management. They will work directly with end users of the application to resolve issues, implement new capabilities (e.g., Power BI reports), and help with user adoption / training.
