The Dynamics Administrator and Developer will be a member of an enterprise platform support team that maintains, enhances and supports development on Microsoft platforms. They will help ensure a high performing platform that supports dozens of mission critical Dynamics based applications used by offices across the organization. They will also support development teams to ensure best practices and standards are followed and to lend Dynamics expertise. Specific duties include the following:
- Monitor Dynamics and SharePoint applications on the shared services platform to ensure availability.
- Detect and correct process errors, system job failures, and performance bottlenecks that may emerge from Dynamics, SharePoint, and custom integrations.
- Provide technical analysis and support to Dynamics team members, administrators, users, system specialists, project managers, and development teams to maintain existing and future applications as necessary.
