Business Analyst

Position Description

​​The Business Analyst (BA) will work directly with the client project stakeholders and perform activities such as identifying and modeling process requirements, creating user stories from business requirements, identifying and modeling data requirements, defining business rules, identifying test requirements, creating test cases, perform testing, and being the primary functional liaison to the technical development team.

Required Skills

  • At least 4 years of experience as a business or systems analyst on IT systems development projects
  • Experience working as a BA on SharePoint development projects for at least 2 years
  • Experience working under an Agile Scrum methodology
  • Experience facilitating business requirements gathering and definition
  • Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Experience testing acceptance criteria and/or worked in a QC tester role
  • Experience working on consulting engagements with direct customer facing interaction

Desirable Skills

  • Certified Scrum Master
  • Experience working with Federal Government customers
  • Active federal government public trust clearance
