The SharePoint Lead will be the primary liaison between Product Owners/business stakeholders and the technical team. They will serve in a leadership capacity for the SharePoint support team, performing upgrades, enhancements and maintenance for the SharePoint platform and various business applications. The will assist the government PM with work management coordination, ensure the team follows and executes SOPs to adhere to SP governance, improve on existing processes/SOPs where needed, provide Tier 2 support to end-user community, and provide coaching to junior member on the team for SP issues and tasks.
