The Lead SharePoint Analyst will be the primary liaison between Product Owners/business stakeholders and the technical team. They will serves as the Scrum Master across multiple development teams that are performing upgrades, enhancements and maintenance for the SharePoint platform and various business applications. They will provide guidance and oversight to multiple, small development teams. They will lead the interaction with various business stakeholders to gather, organize, and evaluate business requirements. They will have responsibility to gather requirements and maintain the user story backlog based on requests for enhancements and requirements for new applications. They will gain understanding of the business functionality of the SharePoint applications to facilitate testing. They will perform quality assurance and testing during SharePoint application upgrades and new deployments.
