The successful candidate must have participated in multiple information technology projects where business analysis activities were performed to implement Dynamics 365 / CRM systems, preferably for case management or task management use cases. Work performed will be directly with our clients and with the project team the candidate will be responsible for the project’s success. Candidate will work directly with the client project stakeholders and perform activities such as identify and model process requirements, identify and model data requirements, identify business rules, identify test requirements, perform testing, write use cases and/or user stories and conduct cost/benefit analysis. The analyst will also work directly with the implementation team to assist in the configuration of Dynamics CRM solution to meet business requirements. They will also support existing Dynamics CRM based applications, providing Tier II-III technical support, end user support and training.
