The OpenText eDOCS administrator will be responsible for maintaining the overall Document Management (DM) and Records Management (RM) environment. They will monitor the system, respond to system issues, apply patches, perform upgrades, manage security and handle user administration. They will work with the eDOCS technical lead and configuration manager to create new eDOCS DM client package, migrate packages to new environments and participate in release management activities. They will provide Tier-2/3 helpdesk support, including supporting archiving of emails and documents to eDOCS for certain users. They will support information security activities, including investigating security vulnerabilities, determining remediation actions and supporting authority to operate (ATO) activities. They will develop and maintain contingency plans.
