This senior Microsoft technologist will provide technical leadership, guidance, and hands-on support for maintaining, enhancing, and driving innovation for large scale enterprise Dynamics 365, Power Apps platform residing in hybrid cloud infrastructure, including on-premises, Azure IaaS, Azure PaaS, and Office 365 SaaS offerings. The technical lead will aid in project management and oversee development for enterprise Microsoft applications for multiple offices of a major federal agency. They will support the Program Manager and provide hands-on support and technical guidance to the teams, including providing guidance and support to development teams. Duties include:
- Working independently and balancing multiple and competing priorities and projects
- Adhere to DevOps practices
- Drive Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices in order to engage with team, leadership and government clientele on project development
- Integrate multiple software products across cloud and hybrid environments
- Effectively work with team members including partners, customers, and leaders to proactively identify and mitigate / resolve risks and issues
- Analyze customer business requirements and design technical solutions to meet business goals and objectives including functional / non-functional requirements in alignment with architectural standards
