The ServiceNow Manager and Practice Lead will be part of a growing consulting organization that focuses on enterprise level IT modernization using low-code development platforms and Cloud technologies. This person will play multiple roles in supporting project delivery, developing our ServiceNow practice, supporting sales and growth activities, and building corporate artifacts. As a Project Manager, they may manage ServiceNow delivery projects of 10-20 resources. They will be responsible for developing and managing project plans, staffing, tasking team members, serving as a Scrum Master, interfacing with customer management, managing risks, and tracking project financials to ensure on schedule and on budget delivery. They will provide ServiceNow solution architecture guidance, including determining best product fit and solution design for new projects. They may conduct solution architecture and design reviews across multiple projects. They will develop proof of concept and demo solutions to support sales activities. They will help to develop the ServiceNow practice within the company, by facilitating cross-project collaboration, methodology creation, development of reusable solutions, and staff training.
