You will be a member of a virtual team that may include Organizational Change Managers, Application Trainers, Technical Writers, User Experience Designers, and Functional and Technical Stakeholders. You will bridge the functional gap between old business processes to those supported by modernized IT solutions. This includes analyzing outdated Business Process Flow (BPF) diagrams, helping define new processes and working with client staff to update the BPF’s to match new business flows and solutions. You will understand, be able to support the Software Development Lifecycle, and communicate the impact of modernization software at the organizational, departmental, and stakeholder level. You will implement business processes, systems, and technology to improve service delivery and streamline processes. To be successful you will have hands-on experience supporting a software modernization initiative, while leading a virtual team to:

- Redesign and implement new business processes
- Lead train-the-trainer sessions
- Develop end-user training curriculum and user documentation
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
