Power Platform Solutions Architect

Position Description

The Power Platform Solutions Architect will be responsible for analysis, prototyping, designing, and building solutions to meet business requirements. The ideal candidate is a self-starter and creative developer who can intake business automation requests, research how they can be met using the Microsoft cloud, design and build solutions to meet those needs, and present working prototypes to showcase process automation opportunities.

Required Skills

  • At least 6 years of IT systems development experience, with primary focus in the Microsoft solution stack
  • 2 years of experience with Power Platform, Microsoft technologies and Hybrid/Cloud technologies
  • Hands-on experience designing cloud-based solutions to meet customer requirements
  • In depth understanding of the capabilities of Power Apps, Power Automate, PowerBI, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Office 365/SharePoint Online, and Teams
  • Experience with the full lifecycle of development: Analysis, Research, Prototyping, Design and Development
  • Experience working with Agile methodology and self-starter who can quickly acclimate to a dynamic environment
  • Thorough knowledge of SharePoint Online features for collaboration and business process automation
  • Experience working with Agile methodology and self-starter who can quickly acclimate to a dynamic environment
  • Superb communication skills (written and verbal) for communicating with end users and executives, presenting solutions, and providing guidance on implementing solutions

Desirable Skills

  • OKTA platform experience
  • Certifications in Microsoft cloud technologies
  • Active federal government public trust clearance
