The Business Analyst will act also act as a Project Manager to coordinate efforts with the client business owner to define the scope of a project / release, develop schedule, requirement documents, use cases, activity diagrams, flowcharts, and supplemental specifications to describe the application requirements. Responsibilities include:
- Providing schedule, risk/impediment, and project coordination support to proactively manage Agile-based development on small- and medium-sized projects
- Leading the interaction with various business stakeholders to gather, organize, and evaluate business requirements
- Documenting and reviewing the business requirements with various business and technology stakeholders
- Converting requirements into User Stories
- Maintain project schedule and roadmaps
- Coordinating with various business groups and technology groups and derive business solutions
- Preparing process mapping artifacts, test plan, test cases, and develop use cases
- Coordinating and performing user acceptance testing
- Assist the development team in debugging and reproducing reported issues
