Procentrix achieves a "Gold" level competency in Microsoft Portals and Collaboration. Earlier this year, Microsoft announced a complete new set of partner certification criteria which is far more difficult to achieve than its prior "Gold Certification" criteria. Under the new program, partners must demonstrate high degrees of skill through a mix of criteria including more demanding staff certification requirements and proven experience delivering specific types of solutions to customers.  Beginning in 2011, Partners will no longer be categorized as "Gold Partners". Instead, the designation of  "Silver" or "Gold" will be awarded at the competency-level. The new classification system more accurately indicates the partners' strengths across one or more particular competency areas.
