NOAA-link is a ten-year Information Technology IDIQ designed to help NOAA effectively manage and organize their vast IT needs. NOAA's mission is to understand and predict changes in climate, weather, oceans, and coasts; share that knowledge and information with others, and to conserve and manage coastal and marine ecosystems and resources. The NOAALink program will span 15 service areas within NOAA, including end-user services, data centers, application development, disaster recovery, and security. Through NOAALink,  Procentrix will drive efficiency and economy of scale on many levels, including utilizing Microsoft Office SharePoint Server products and technologies involving collaboration, knowledge management, business intelligence, human workflows, etc. Additionally Procentrix will provide solutions involving Data Warehousing, Data Transformation and Cleansing; as well as Service-Oriented Architecture, Design and Implementation and additional custom Microsoft .Net software development as needed.
