Contract Overview

This is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to support information sharing and streamline business processes within the U.S. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) by leveraging Microsoft SharePoint as well as related products and technologies.

Our Team

As the prime contractor, Procentrix brings extensive experience managing, architecting, designing and implementing collaborative solutions involving Microsoft products and technologies throughout the Department of Homeland Security including U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). Our in-depth knowledge of ICE’s Technical Environment,  IT standards, System Lifecycle Management and Information Assurance processes will enable us to not only deliver innovative solutions, but to do so in accordance with ICE’s disciplined guidelines and standards.

Blackstone Technology Group brings over 13 years of experience delivering a range of Microsoft solutions and a strong understanding of the technical and organizational challenges associated with delivering complex enterprise IT services within the DHS environment.  Blackstone also is experienced in the oversight and development of a number of department-level SharePoint portal, content, and document management initiatives, providing Team Procentrix with unique insight into various DHS’s plans for offering shared platform and application services.

HP Enterprise Services – For more than 17 years, HP has been a partner to ICE and legacy INS, providing consultation and service delivery for their mission and support systems. HP has served ICE in providing software implementations across multiple platforms, using ICE standards and methodologies to shepherd each effort through successful lifecycle completion. HP bolsters team Procentrix with almost two decades of direct immigrations-related systems development experience, creating custom software solutions for ICE, converting legacy applications to leading-edge platforms, and championing ICE’s mature governance processes. HP is one of the world’s largest providers of Microsoft Certified Staff with over 1,500 portal and collaboration consultants and architects, more than 11,000 Microsoft Certified employees and a focused Microsoft-centric consulting services group.

 For over 25 years, Serco has provided full training lifecycle support for all areas of ICE and legacy INS including Inspections, Enforcement, Border Patrol, and DHS’s operations at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Academy in Glynco, GA. Serco has trained more than 400,000 DHS students in every region and district, at every land, air and sea border crossing, in classrooms, through web-based training, train-the-trainer programs, on-the-job training and through the implementation of performance support systems in a blended learning environment. Serco has been an active participant in the transformation from a predominantly instructor-led training environment to one that increasingly features distributed learning solutions.

Microsoft Services brings an unmatched degree of early product knowledge and insight through their direct affiliation with the Microsoft product teams. As a member of Team Procentrix, Microsoft Services will provide strategic support through its unique product channels, enabling Team Procentrix to make recommendations that result in better-informed decisions regarding technical architecture, design, and product selection.
